"This was a 10/10 hotel in every way! - Minutes walk from a station to take you in minutes to Shinjuku, Harajuku, Akihabara, and Ochanomizu - It’s right on a back street near excellent food choices and bars that stay open late. - The room itself is beautiful, spacious and very accommodating. - There’s no check out process, just clean up and leave. I can’t wait to get this hotel again next time we travel to Tokyo! "

"We love staying at the New Otani Hotel. It is elegant and relaxing. The large Sogetsu ikebana arrangement is a great way to welcome guests and there are beautiful floral arrangements throughout the hotel. The Hinoki bath in our room was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed our view of the traditional garden while having breakfast. The view from the Garden Tower restaurant on the 40th floor was spectacular. The staff was highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We intend to stay there...
