"We were allocated a disabled room. We booked a standard room 3 months prior, but this was all that was available. We felt uncomfortable because the room was set up for people with disabilities. It had a low bed, low sink, a seat attached in the shower, loads of safety hand holds and alarm cords everywhere in case of emergency.
