"No pool or hot tub here even when 3rd party hotel sites state otherwise and a sign in the room also states, otherwise HDMI ports on the back of the TV were loose. So couldn't really use them to connect to anything WI. Fi was extremely slow, aside from that staff was really helpful. The breakfast was decent, yeah."

"We had problems with our room key working and had to replace it 3 times which was frustrating. The property was on the older side and in need of some TLC but for our purposes, it was just fine. Pool looked nice but we didn't have time to check it out on this trip."

"Friendly staff. At one point I was walking through the hallway on my way to my room and passed about four or five folks who clean room rooms. And every single one of them said hello to me. The front desk staff and the food staff also were very friendly. The breakfast and the 5:30 PM food both were very good. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. Just a very good overall stay."

"Breakfast was very limited for the price it should have been much better no fried potatoes biscuit and gravy no pancakes waffles that are very less likely. Hotel was under construction checked in at night when morning came it looked like in abandoned Hotel construction everywhere gutters hanging off it was a mess. But staff was nice pillows were extra soft for my liking. I might try again once renovation is over. Doing renovation they should not charge $160 a night that's ridiculous. I would not...

"Our room was generally clean but floor corners in bathroom area could use a little more cleaning. Bed was very comfortable. Kept hearing a strange noise during the night and thought it was the ductwork making funny noises; my husband discovered the sound was actually coming from the metal pedestal beneath the bed, which made clunking noises whenever someone rolled over or got in or out of bed! Much noise came from room above due to people walking around! Overall, not a super restful night....

"My purse was stolen just prior to my arrival at the property; even though I had pre-paid on-line, the check in clerk would not allow me to stay without a driver's license. I had to sleep in the parking lot and still was charged almost $300 for the stay; which I am objecting to on my credit card."

"Our experience was very disappointing. At about 10pm the fire alarm in our room began to ring, then stopped after 2-3 mins. Later, about 12am, it started again. That is when we called the front desk the first time. The clerk informed us that they were aware of the situation and it had been taken care of. We went back to bed just to be awaken again at 2am by a loud noise. My daughter got up and went to the bathroom and discovered the floor was flooded with water. There was water gushing down out...
