"Absolute incredible stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is very modern with an amazing view of the Han river (windows are floor to ceiling which makes the room super bright). Loved the outdoor and indoor pool, the water temperature was so nice that I could even use the outdoor pool on a cool rainy day! The cafe on the ground floor serves delicious pastry for a good price and the hotel offer in room dining options incl. Korean dishes (I loved that you can order via the tablet in the room). Location of the hotel is in a very clean and not too busy neighborhood and the subway station is only 5min away! I loved my stay and when I come back to Seoul I will definitely stay at the Hotel Naru again! "

"We were given the wrong room which was smaller than the one we booked. It was resolved after 1hr, probably because it was so busy as it was around 4pm around checking time. When we finally got the new room, the fridge was wobbly & had a hard time using it. The bathroom sink & tub had some rust around the faucets & the ceiling ventilation cover didn’t fully close. Overall the room was beautiful but I could see that it needed a bit up-keeping… "

"We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there. "

"Amazing hotel and great location by IFC Mall and subway. The executive room with river view does not disappoint! The pool requires a cap so you must purchase if you dont have one. The breakfast buffet is great but slow for coffee lovers. I purchased coffee from the cafe on the ground floor and it was good. "

"I was shocked to find that the house keeper had scraped my night cream off my tub on my first day of stay. After feedback to the front desk and showing them the evidence. There was no mention of the matter when I checked out on the 3rd day. I am very disappointed with Marriott Hotel. "

"Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, however alot of option at basement floor for shopping and dining and cafe. Didn't need to leave the building if feeling tired. "
