"Absolutely a great place to stay..super friendly staff and my room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast bar was good zero issues and I’m kinda a snob about places under $200.. next time I’m in town I will be heading right there for my stay."

Disappointed that breakfast was just a $7 gift voucher to the coffee shop. Would have been great to have a hot cooked meal in the on site restaurant. Would stay again."

"One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Walls had holes, and the holes that had been filled in were not painted. Food from a previous guest was left in the refrigerator and I have no idea for how long. Opened the refrigerator door and it caused me to gag. No coffee maker. Manager had to track one down for us. No microwave. If you wanted to heat something up, you had to get dressed and go to the lobby. Sheets seemed clean, but the blanket had make-up stains on it. Requested maid service and never got it. They didn't even collect the trash. Had an indoor pool. It seemed to be in disrepair and was closed. No mention of it when I checked in. Had a room for handicapped and you had to use an alternate hallway for a RAMP to get to the FIRST floor room. When I opened the door to that hallway, it was dark and it reeked. The smell was a cross between sex and microwave popcorn. They say they had a continental breakfast but there was no way i would trust it. Couldn't get a signal on the TV the first night there. Talked to the manager on duty and all he said was he would tell the manager tomorrow. No talk of a discount or another room. If this is a "Best" Western, I'd hate to see the worst! "
