"Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. "When you stay at the Maids Hotel, the one thing that is fixed in your mind is “stairs” unless you can cope with stairs at every turn, this is not the hotel for you. "We had an enjoyable stay at Church Farm. It was a pleasant and clean property.The room was very good.The only disappointing aspect was the information on line said that Church Farm was set in 2.5 acres of garden and this was as not the case."

"The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property."

"We stayed for a short weekend in Norfolk, decided on this stunning hotel. Was welcomed nicely in by the reception desk staff, room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Woke up to a lovely breakfast buffet both mornings. The golf course was impressive to see, even though we don’t play it ourselves. "The bathroom needs shower door replacing ! Hole in bathroom door No fridge in room …. Should be a given by today’s standards most dissatisfied. Generally needs an ungrade will not stay again"

"A fantastic overnight stay . Breakfast was outstanding and the room had everything we needed including air conditioning ! The room was spacious and the staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful and conscientious. Would highly recommend"
