"The mattress was not right the ice machine wasn't working I had to walk two buildings down to get ice asked for a towel they told me they only clean rooms after 7 days and then ask how long am I there for I said for 2 days I did not even receive towels . The refrigerator every time I open the door it's about to fall out inside of the closet whatever they had it in it wasn't stable"

"You are in a place with a great view of the sea! excellent. The rooms are spacious but it's time for a renovation! The exteriors are not very pleasant, there are many animals (there is a large pest that enters the rooms) if you are one of those who wake up because a fly passes by, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOYEL! There is a lot of external noise that didn't affect me, but it did affect my husband! What if I return to this hotel? Hmm, I would think twice, especially because of the stench of animals...
