"Clean room, comfy beds. Just a little small for 4 people "

"Check in was easy. I had filled in the registration form prior to our visit. They had taken not of my comment on the form and had given us a room with easy access, no stairs to worry about. Our room was very clean when we arrived, had a nice smell to it when we opened the door. On discovering the duvet contained feathers, my daughter asked if it was possible to have a duvet without feathers, a replacement was brought up to our room within an hour. "Rooms were very warm and a little dated.. Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was ok. Do check the time of breakfast on arrival, as we have stayed here before and breakfast time was changed , so no breakfast was eaten. Small English breakfast was offered and consisted of a sausage, a rashers of bacon, fried egg hash brown and beans. There was also bread / toast and cereal available. "

"From check-in to check-out everything was lovely. The room was large & clean with 2 double beds. The hotel was modern,staff friendly & breakfast was excellent on both days. The location of the hotel was excellent & there was parking at £10 per day. We will definitely return to Lincoln,a great weekend."

"Tolles, modernes und sauberes Hotel, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Ok, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugsziele befinden sich nicht in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Man muss mobil sein, wenn man diese Unterkunft wählt. Aber das Hotel als solches ist hervorragend. Nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück. Gern wieder!"

"A lovely stay. A beautiful building and immaculate cosy room. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was huge. A great view of the canal. Right in the centre of Newark and easy to access. Parking is allocated per room and validated via an app...building work was happening so my space wasn't signed, but the builders were really helpful. The outside was in need of a bit of a tidy up, but it is Autumn. "
