"This hotel is excellent! The location and the staff are amazing! The room was clean and beautiful, the smart tv it’s easy to connect to your device to watch what you want, plus the WiFi is fast. Parking can be a bit difficult since it’s a small hotel and even street parking on St Pete Beach is hard to find. "It was okay. Resort fees provided nothing we would use. On top of resort fees, you must pay for parking, and pay to reserve/use the cabanas. Our last day, the maids didn't even service our room. And the one night we ordered room service, it was kind of a nightmare...once we got the food, it was not good. All that aside, it is an older resort, that is maintained in pretty good shape. Great launching pad to explore Tampa and surrounding beaches."

"Pros: The staff was helpful. We wanted to check in early and they were responsive to messaging, allowing us to get in to our room early. Our room did not have any shampoo which they quickly replaced. There are extra towels and toiletries available in a locker for guests. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
