"When we got to Haley’s our efficiency reeked of smoke. We went back to reception and explained to the nice person there, we could not stay I. That room. Lucky for us they had another property in Holmes Beach, up in the residential area behind Hurricane Hanks. That set of efficiencies was AWESOME! I would pick there over Haley’s any time. "I wasn't expecting much from the rating, but I thought this property was lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice! My room was poolside so I thought it might be noisy, but this is one of the quietest properties I have ever stayed at! Courtyard and pool were lovely, room was a good temperature and very clean, and check in and out were simple. Really have no complaints, and thought this was a nicer stay than some of the higher-rated hotels at which I've stayed. "

"Parking was close and adequate rooms were clean. Shower head was clogged but they had it changed about halfway through our stay. Only concerns were the location of garbage facilities and the lack of useful cookware.
