"We enjoyed our stay at this unique property. The communication and ease of checking in was excellent and the location exceptional for a quick stay in downtown Gulfport. The stairs were not an issue for us and the amenities were fine. The quirky decor and extra room with a sofa added to the comfort. Two free cocktails that accompanied the room’s description were nice. (We stayed in the Paloma room.) Only one thing was amiss - contrary to the instructions, guests in the hotel did not receive 10%...

"I really like this inn. It’s older and it doesn’t have any amenities like a pool or fitness center, but the owners are so wonderful and the breakfast is really good. It’s kind of an old fashioned place, so older furniture and wall ac units. But it comfortable, a great location, easy and a really good price for downtown st pete. The owners make it special."

"It was absolutely nothing bad about my experience I was there for 10 days and enjoyed every minute of my days, the only recommendation I would make is extra hangers in the closet and maybe some small shelves by the little sink by the bathroom and some hooks in the shower other than that those were very very small issues everything else was a fantastic experience, so fantastic I booked my next trip for February while I was still there, I will stay there often and visit and visit there often ,...

"We arrived late after a day of travel to find that the hotel had no room for us, despite the fact that I had reserved and prepaid six months in advance. They tried to blame it on Expedia overbooking. Hyatt clearly needs to fix their system. Very disappointing, frustrating, and simply unacceptable."

"Had a wonderful stay. Wonderful staff. The amenities were great. We rented the umbrella and chairs daily, making it easier than to travel with our own. They had floats and other items free of use for the pool an ocean as long as you returned them. There was a small sand area for kids with houses and sand toys, the pool was well maintained and peaceful. Across the street was the drunken clam, 10/10 recommend. The staff gave great recommendation s for local food. My ONLY complaint was the water...
