"We absolutely loved our stay at the Peninsula! It is nestled in the heart of an artsy neighborhood, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shops. Not only was the location ideal, but the restaurant staff was incredible, as well! Communication with the hotel staff was clear and easy. I was a bit nervous about “contactless” hotel staff, but it was refreshing and they responded to any questions we had very quickly. We are already planning our next trip! "

"First time we stayed here we loved it. 2nd time we stayed - everything went wrong The girl at the front desk is incompetent - will say anything to get you off the phone or away from her desk. I tried at least 10 times before our stay I rang to get a 2nd floor unit as the first time we stayed ground floor and cockroaches can come in through the sliding doors that lead to the grass outside the room. Eventually spoke to a guy who said our room request was accepted. Check in came. No such...

"Nice basic room "

"Room wasn’t clean, they forget to clean it one day so we got back to unmade bed and dirty towels. Overall sense of chaos at hotel. No amenities. "

"We came in 2 days early staying in condos, and this was the perfect place to hang our hat until our place was ready. The breakfast was fantastic and we even came back for happy hour at the hotel bar during our stay in the condos"

The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience and a place I’d happily return to."

"The only reason i give it 4 overall is because it was not private beach and they are not paying for the beach resort fee, so if you need to set on the beach you will have to rent your own chair, umbrella… ect And they are not cheap!! Paying top dollar to stay in such hotel you would expect that would be included!! And $25 parking per night!"

"Great location and everything very close by. The beach was a 5 min walk, the onsite pool was great and there are lots of options for charter boats right outside the front door! "
