"Great resort in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. It's located across the street from Grace Bay Beach. Resort has shuttle service for it's guest to the beach and the beach seating area is very close to the water. Daily breakfast was good. "

"The Ocean Club East is a good resort, beach is nice, less crowded, easy to get beach chair, good cleaning in rooms BUT overall staff is not very nice/accommodating for eg: No coffee in room and when we asked, they never kept and later, we went in lobby and still nothing was kept in room so felt like they save money on small things. We will request a chair in balcony and they have lame excuses and even if we found out an easy chair in the balcony is broken but they never kept so irritating. ...

"We couldn’t really see beach from our room because room was on the first floor. Breakfast was just OK. Quality coffee could be much better. There are not enough tables if you’re coming around 9am and you have to wait in the line. There is no hand shower. Check out time is on 11am and there is no changing room and shower available for customers. "
