"Staff were consistently unhelpful. I stayed for two weeks while I was transitioning for a move. Not uncommon these days is the need to request for housekeeping to come and change linens, clean bathroom, etc. The first time I requested housekeeping, I had been there an entire week. I wanted the linens changed and the bathroom cleaned at the very least. When I came back in from being out all day, the room was not cleaned - nothing had been touched. I went to the front desk and inquired. I was told no housekeeping happened on the weekend. What? I saw housekeeping all weekend. I asked for housekeeping three additional times and never received it. I finally brought my dirty towels to the front desk and asked for new ones. Would not stay here again although the location was perfect."

"It was okay for a one night stay to get some sleep, not super clean and the floor was caving in our room. For the price was okay. Staff was nice. No smells. 3/5 "

"Do not stay here! Dirty, rude and unhelpful Based on positive reviews, I expected better cleanliness and service. The check-in process was odd; the clerk called me on my phone to ask when I would arrive and repeatedly reminded me it was a non-smoking room and not to damage anything, which I found kind of offensive. The room was shocking. The sheets were stained, there was dirt on the doors, and black marks on the sheets. The shower had black mold and grime. I tried to clean some of it, but when chunks of mold fell off,. I called the front desk to request a room change but the clerk was unhelpful and defensive, stating all rooms were like that. He asked what I wanted him to do and was exasperated when I asked to be moved. He eventually agreed to clean the room himself, but I did not want him in my room and dealt with it the best I could. The thin walls were another issue. I could hear the neighboring room’s phone alarm going off at 4:30 am, disrupting my sleep. Overall, I do not recommend. It was inexpensive, but I wish I would’ve just slept in my car. "

"-The mattresses are way too old and uncomfortable. As you try to lay down, you would sink in them. -The TV is outdated, it does need to be replaced with the ones with smart features. -Upon arrival, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes at the front desk until someone showed up. However, their check out was super easy as they provided text message notifications to check out. -The hotel does not provide self parking option and the is no parking lot on the property. They, however, provide valley parking for a fee."
