"Our room was lovely, very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have a car, so we had to catch the local bus to the nearest shops. The bus was free which was an extra bonus. The Royal Sea Cliff is a nice resort."

"We loved everything about this condo! It was super comfortable and right next to the beach! There were clear instructions and a nice binder of local attractions. It was nice having a separate space for our kids in the second bedroom. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I will definitely try to book this again next time I travel to Kona!"

"We had a bit of a snafu with early checking, but after we got in, we were very happy with the unit. Loved that the property had a beach and saltwater pool right at the water's edge. We enjoyed sitting out at the beach watching the sunset. That way we didn't have to leave the property and could enjoy adult beverages without having to worry about driving afterwards. There was a couple beach chairs and medium-sized ice chest that we were able to use and appreciated that. It is a gated property so...
