"The room was spacious, but the initial listing didn't say that the pool was unavailable. That only was shared after the booking. Also, there were streaming TV's, but they could not be hooked up to the internet. Small things, but they do add up. Also, an additional charge (unclear) at check-in? "

"I was not aware that none of the amenities were gonna be open. None of the shops or restaurants or anything was open in the village the entire time of our stay. That is probably my fault for assuming and not checking. Every single thing in the village was closed other than the hotel. The reason why we went there was because we thought we were gonna be close to several things and not have to travel very far. Other than that, the room was great. Everything was very clean and well kept."
