"Our room smelled musty and damp Our clothes, blankets and our bed etc were always wet feeling and smelled. We had to clean all of our clothes even ones that we did not wear."

"We normally rent a house when we come to the beach but this was a short trip with just me and my sons. This hotel is absolutely perfect! They think of everything and the staff is so kind. Clean and the best location to the beach and walkable for breakfast lunch and dinner!"

"Place isn’t too bad. Went to ask the front if they had vending machines and he answered a call and said one sec and we waited for 10 mins. Breakfast wasn’t terrible but just waffles and bagels, cereal really. Wasn’t “dirty” necessarily but didn’t feel clean."

"The room was nothing as described in the Expedia listing. The pictures are not of the room we were given. Our room was unclean, paint was pealing from the ceiling, there were old paper towels lining the silverware drawer. The carpet in the bedrooms was dirty. The mirror in the bathroom was pealing. "Got there a little earlier than expected, so I decided to give them a call and ask if a room was available. Worker name Pam, was very rude and had an awful attitude. We were able to get a room, but once we got there the attitude was worse with the huffing and puffing. She might’ve rough morning but she was VERY nasty & I didn’t appreciate that at all. Definitely not going back at all!"

"Everything about our anniversary weekend was amazing. The hotel, the staff, the bar & restaurant, all exceptional. The reason for 3 stars is I was sold a “partial ocean view room” and I got a frosted glass slider, bolted shut, overlooking the buildings HVAC systems. I could have booked 15,000 rooms at a beachfront on the grandstand but opted for quieter and off the strip in MB. Even the front desk staff said my reservation was extremely misleading.
