"Quirky hotel full of paintings and various interesting items. Plenty of choice at breakfast and very attentive staff. Not an area of London that we have stayed in before but it is close to the Limehouse DLR station for getting into central London and there are pubs and places to eat in walking distance."

"We arrived just before 12pm and placed our suitcase into the concierge which is excellent. We did this as we could not check in until 3pm and therefore went sightseeing into London for the day. When we came back at 8.30pm we found our room was still not ready as they had not placed a bed for my daughter in the room which was requested prior. The staff took another 60 mins to put a bed into our room so our daughter couldn't go to bed when she wanted to. The staff apologised but it came across like we were in the wrong in how they spoke. Nothing provided to us to apologise for this inconvenience. In addition our hotel window was broken and the air con didn't really work so the room was very hot. The hotel views are amazing and the location is great for tourists looking to explore London. However the hotel does look tired and does need a revamp. "

"Honestly couldn’t fault our stay, we one minor issue with the room which was sorted quickly and professionally by the staff. "

"Super service. I was initially given a room with no WIFI as there was a fault. I also discovered the room had no phone signal. As an Autistic, solo traveller this was extremely problematic. However, the WONDERFUL staff immediately apologised, upgraded me (at no charge) to a room with full connectivity and also gave me some free bar tokens as a further apology. Absolutely first class service. I didn't catch the manager's name (she was on duty Sat 10 April) but she and her front desk team were a credit to Tribe. I shall 100% return for my next London visit later this year. Thank you."
