"Absolutely disgusting room The carpet was horrible I wouldn't even put my luggage on the floor. The outlets were coming out of the wall. The shower was filled with black mold and all the faucets were coming out of the wall . The toilet wasn't even attached to the floor. The towels were stained and disgusting..The only plus side is that I didn't wake up with bed bugs "

"The room was comfortable. Easy access to things. Unfortunately breakfast was very disappointing . Only oatmeal, 2 bagels, and a few coffee cakes. "

"Would not allow me to obtain a room because I lived too close to the hotel. Forget about a staycation. Given that information at the last minute (check in) it was impossible to get a different room for the necessary time frame on such short notice. This was a disappointment as Best Western was always a go to for a staycation. "

"The staff were great. Good ambience. Unfortunately , nothing in the breakfast menu except bread, Bagel and cereal. No coffee, water in the evening. Good tv entertainment. Hot shower felt good. Bed was a little too soft for my liking. I prefer a firm bed due to body pain. There's no way to request a firmer bed in any hotel, I believe. There's only one diner within 10 minutes of walking distance where there's no sidewalks and with dangerous traffic on the road. "

"Our stay was ok. I usually have a better experience with Holiday inn. The pool was under maintenance and they did not inform us before we booked. One of my main reasons for booking that hotel was because of the indoor pool. The AC did not work very well so the room was warm. The beds were not the best. The sheets were clean but housekeeping does not keep up with the dust. They also tries to charge my card three times. "

"Refrigerator made noise the whole stay, room was clean and comfortable, staff was very nice people. But however i was needing to extend my stay one more night for work and the price went over three times what I paid per night. I understand prices goes up and down but It went from almost what I paid for the whole week for one night. "

"They billed my credit card 325 dollars. I already paid you for the room. If this does not get rectified I will never use your travel service again"
