"The staff was very courteous and helpful. They accommodated quickly with a room accessible by elevator when I mentioned that I had surgery and couldn’t take my luggage up the stairs. The parking garage had an entry/exit ramp that was tricky for big vehicles to go through. They offered to park my van and bring it back.
