"Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was fully stocked and had plenty of options to choose from. The pool area was fun."

"Llegamos y había dos personas en recepción, una adulta muy sangrona y una jovén muy amable, te piden depósito de $50 usd, se intenien un celular varias tarjetas, ninguna pasó. Nos pedían efectivo, pero sólo traíamos las tarjetas, se quedaron con mi identificación hasta el Check out. Nos tocó una habitación totalmente remodelada y reparada, con agua caliente, aire acondicionado, microondas y frigobar. A un lado estaba la máquina de hielo, entonces se escuchaba cada vez que alguien tomaba hielos....

"Room was very nice (1 king bed suite), very spacious with a wet bar in the kitchenette and a table and chairs for 2. The only minor issue we had was some previous damage to the door hinge, causing it to hit the wall as it closed. The other hotel amenities were nice, the weight room looked nice and was clean, pool area was alright, could be cleaner but not bad. The breakfast was excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The room was ok, but the TV didn't work, there was no working WiFi and maintenance going on made it tough to manage with ladders and workers in the way. Dusty conditions due to the work was not ideal for what was supposed to be a peaceful weekend!"

"The driver that picked us up from the airport was not pleasant at all . It seem like he was having a very bad day or we were inconvenient him. I have never been to a hotel that only had one plunger. My niece toilet was overflowing in the morning about 1:30 am and the receptionist told her to come downstairs to get a plunger and it was broken . The security guard went upstairs with her to assist."

"The hotel was in an area drivable to downtown, hotel parking lot was gated, Hotel rooms were clean, solid walls. The room was nice and quiet."
