"The lobby area was fine and the location is good for easy access to the riverwalk. The lobby and common areas were fine. The breakfast service was limited choices but there was plenty of food stations to accommodate the large crowds. The staff was nice enough I guess, not rude, but not super polite. The room was in need of a deep cleaning. The main surfaces (countertops, furniture, floors) weren't visibly dirty but vents, corners, lampshades etc were dusty/dirty. The TV did not work. We ended up finishing our event early and were less than 3 hours from home so we decided to leave rather than spend another night. If the room had been better we would have stayed. I prepaid the room, so didn't ask for a refund. I had to pay more for parking than I should have. The sign clearly says under 24 hours is $36, and we left in under 24 hours, but the hotel said since we stayed over a night we had to pay $36 for overnight and by the hour for the time we stayed the next day. I'm not sure how you can stay 24 hours but not stay overnight, so I felt it should have only been $36. I asked about the extra charge but they weren't willing to refund it."
