"Not only did they not apply the "$24 Expedia credit" for breakfast" they double charged me when I called to ask why it had not been applied.
Making a customer work for a benefit they should automatically get, and then double charging??!!
Plus the pillows were really shameful, no fan in the tiny bathroom - with NO SHOWER DOOR so the whole bathroom gets drenched... never, ever stay here. And $50 per night extra for the car... which you kinda need in LA. What a terrible experience. I never write...
