"Great staff! The room, bathroom, tv, and microwave were all clean and useable. The only downfall was the gym was out of order for use. Would room there again!"

"The hotel overall was just okay. The rooms seemed a little dated while the lobby and exterior seemed newish. I requested Early check in and was told they were full the night before so to come at regular check in time. I arrived at 5 pm and the was told the room wasn’t ready, the woman at the front desk was new and having issues with the system. "The water taps did not work.you had to force it to open.the shower tap was not any better The floors were never washed. Maybe vacuumed but that’s it The curtains were broken. The entrance door had to be forced to open. Unfortunately we could not cancel without losing our deposit. We would never stay again in this location"

"The parking lot was being repaved. Parking was *really* far from the property which made bringing in all of our luggage etc. difficult. Additionally, they were paving when we got there (approx. 5pm) and were still going after ten pm. Looked like a ten year old was driving the paver (my kiddos observed this - I looked and agreed!). "We spent the night with a group of friends celebrating a birthday. From checking in to checking out the staff was amazing. The restaurant staff especially the twin bartenders provided fabulous service and we’re very friendly. All the food was great and we enjoyed our time listening to the band at night. We will definitely make this an annual event. Thank you."

"This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly."
