"Suitable for my stay at NHRA."

"Old, outdated and has junk laying around the property. The desk clerk is very unprofessional and does not work to resolve any problems. They make a copy of your drivers license and once you leave it is tossed in the garbage for anyone to find and not shredded. I would not recommend this place and would give it zero stars if I could."

"We made a trip this way to visit Cedar Point. This was a very clean family friendly hotel. We stayed three nights with two adults and three kids (15,13,11). Kids enjoyed the breakfast and large spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and it was a great experience overall. We are returning at the end of the month to visit Cedar Point again and currently finalizing the dates and thinking of booking this hotel again as we had a great stay !"

"Came here after a nightmare with a different hotel and it was a breath of fresh air. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, the pool was fun and the breakfast was amazing (and free!)"

"Could be better coffee. The carpet throughout is dirty and needs replaced. The elevator needs repaired as it takes WAY to long to go up and down 12ft. The breakfast bar could be a little more desirable."

"The hotel was very dirty. The hall entryway by the pool smells like sewer and one of our rooms was entered by staff when no housekeeping or anybody was supposed to enter when we left. The tag was on the door and when we got back the door was propped open.The breakfast consisted of waffles with a dispenser that barely poured out and boiled eggs that's it."

"It is a business place with a pretty great atmosphere! I loved the hot breakfast options. The pool was heated and indoors. I think they use salt water instead of chlorine and I enjoyed that. I stayed in a king suite with my friend the night before going to Cedar Point. It's a great location for that. We were fully rested after making the trek from Illinois. My room was quiet. "There were 2 giant fans in the hallway next to our room. I was never told why. There were burns in the tile in our bathroom tile, NON SMOKING ROOM. There Spiderwebs in bathroom and doorway, and hanging from ceiling. Then spider came down in bathroom, had to kill because 10yr old daughter. There were balls of other people's hair in corners of bathroom. Bath towels are children's size. I could barely cover my body with one, as an adult. There is nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom, I...

"My stay at this hotel was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was dismissive and unwelcoming. The night clerk, in particular, showed little interest in helping guests and provided no meaningful customer service. The room itself was unacceptable. "The hot tub was hot, & the pools were a little cold. It was only in the mid 70's for my stay after a week of being in the 90's so they didn't have the pool heater on but was still enjoyable. The breakfast was good too."
