Hotel murah di Norwalk

"Bed was comfortable but bathroom was very small. Room was pretty small overall for 4 people. Pool area was very nice my boys enjoyed it. Hotel was quiet at night and breakfast was nice with lots of different varieties."

"Was close to race track"

"Room was disgusting and unsafe. There were nails and fluid on the ground, manager refused to give refund or to give a clean room. Told me to “I don’t have another room, I can’t do anything, goodluck”. Not a pleasant experience at all property does not look anything like the pictures. Never write reviews but I’ve never had this bad of an experience, on top of things charging 120$ a room is criminal for a low quality motel."

"Everything was great"

"Going through Expedia is the right way to go! We saved money from what the hotel itself was offering so that was good. When we arrived, THE person at the desk welcomed us. She was friendly and professional! Her name was Rachel. Once we got to our room, we had a text from Rachel asking if we need anything and we asked if there was a place nearby where we could get fresh fish. "When we initially checked in, we got to the room, the bathroom wasn't clean, the floor was disgusting and there was a bug on the bed. I went back to the front desk, asked for a different room, she got on the phone with the EVS crew, she offered me a different room but said that room might not be clean either if it was cleaned by the same team. We walked through the new room, it was ok. Why aren't you talking to your staff? This is unacceptable. As we were walking to the front desk, they were...

"The only hotel we stay at whenever we travel to visit our son and family"

"It was very easy to book this hotel."

"The front desk and other employees are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay."

"The breakfast and staff were both exceptional. The jet pool was nice also"

"Beautiful place! We traveled with a one year-old and the baby pool was closed the day we were there. That was a big disappointment for us as our little one was overpowered in the larger pool and not a fan of the lazy river. All in all we had a beautiful stay and will definitely go back."

"I have stayed at many hotels. Hands down this is the worst hotel staff that I have ever dealt with. My room was gross upon check in. Four of the six pillows had a pink substance or hair all over them. There was also hair on the beds that wasn’t ours. I went to the front desk immediately and waited in line for 25 minutes and the answer was to send housekeeping back up sometime to take care of it. The person at the desk was unapologetic and curt. She really should not be working in customer...
