"Amazing location. Bell men will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and they will get you anything you ask for. Concierge desk employees are not helpful at all, and they do not even try. I asked for newspapers one morning and they just said we don't have it and they told me they don't know where to get it. Bell men overheard it and within 5 minutes one of them brought it to my room.
