"We booked a standard double toom for 2 nights but upon arrival we were given (room 18) what can only be described as a single room with a double bed pushed right up against the window so one of us had to climb in and out of bed as no access around the bed, ideal for a single traveller but not a couple.The smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in when in London.No room for a chair and just a cheap roller blind at the window which meant there were no curtains to keep out the light at night....
