"This was the second time we have stayed at a Nest Hotel and have not been disappointed. The staff always greet you with a smile, helped us book dinner reservations several times, called cabs, and were generally just really nice people. I will always stay at a Nest hotel when coming back to Japan. Thank you to all the staff!!!"

"The hotel was easy to get to from the monorail from the airport and very Central to activities that we wanted to see in Naha. We felt very safe as two women traveling. The staff were terrific very welcoming and helpful whenever we had questions about anything to do with the property or further reservations. Loved the complimentary amentities and food/drink. "AMAZING hotel! Very clean and nice accommodations. This is a 10/10 for me, solely because of the free, complimentary drink bar and snacks. There’s at least a dozen alcohol options, including 2 beers on tap. There’s also multiple types of teas and coffee. The snacks included donuts, 2 types of soups, and 6 types of very delicious icecream! All complimentary! Very much worthwhile. The location is close to a bus stop and the main tourist part of town which was convenient. "

"If you are looking for a pleasant hotel to stay at, this is the one. The staff is super helpful and the pool and facilities are clean. Added bonus if you have tattoos, you can swim or go to the public bath which is rare in Japan. It is super convenient for the train or bus lines, if you rent a car: they have parking available for a fee per night. The pool bar also hosts evening events, if you just want an easy going night that is a good option as well."

"We had a really late flight after checkout and didn’t know what to do about our luggage. We asked the staff about it and they will said they could hold our luggage for free until we needed to go to the airport. They staff was very nice, the room was small and not much walking room, but it was very clean and updated. I would stay there again. It wasn’t far from the monorail, although we took a taxi to and from the airport because our luggage was too much for the stairs to the monorail. There was...

"It was a wonderful stay, the position is great both for transportation and restaurants, just 15 minute walking from kokusai dori. The room was comfortable and wide, I hope to come back next time"
