"Clean room and excellent housekeeping with a beautiful backyard to our hotel room, overlooking arenal volcano! The included breakfast buffet was delicious with many options, fresh juice and ripe fruit. The restaurant was a little expensive, and there’s a popular coffee shop within walking distance of the resort. The hot springs weren’t particularly busy when I went, and they were like warm bath water. I tried all except for the hottest at the very top, there were 11 pools total. It’s a nice resort for what you pay, and beautiful, well maintained grounds! Thank you"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Los Lagos! The hot spring pools were wonderful—the thermal water was so relaxing, and we truly enjoyed every moment. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our room was spotless and very comfortable. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. The prices were much more reasonable than we expected, making it an even better experience. The breakfast was outstanding! There was a huge variety of delicious food, and everything we tried was excellent. The coffee was amazing—some of the best we’ve had. I only wish I could have eaten more! We would definitely recommend Los Lagos to anyone visiting La Fortuna and would love to come back in the future."

Waking up each morning with a cup of Costa Rican coffee overlooking the volcano was unforgettable. What truly made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making my visit memorable. A special thank you to Diego, Yader, Daniel, and Pamela for their outstanding hospitality and kindness throughout my stay. They made me feel right at home. If you’re visiting La Fortuna, I can’t recommend Lost Iguana Resort & Spa enough. Beautiful property, breathtaking views, amazing food, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to come back!"
