Staff were brilliant, answered any questions promptly. Location is brilliant for the NEC although it’s easier to drive round than walk. Didn’t eat but the bar food looked really good. The pool and jacuzzi were good. I would definitely book again. For the price it was spot on.

Hilton Birmingham Metropole
Staff friendly check in and out fast. Room small -heater i plugged in as don’t think heating worked. Had a shower. Room clean. No fridge. 1 had room 522. Enjoyed the stay but would request a different room if ever there again Breakfast good plenty it it and coffees nicecoffee

A 3 1/2 * review. Staff helpful , only one bath towel for a room booked for two but was rectified very quickly, but corrupted key card so a trek back to reception . Same happened following day !
