"We stayed at the Westin Nusa Dua for four nights around Christmas, and from check-in to check-out, everything was absolutely seamless. Our room (3223) was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well appointed, with excellent amenities throughout. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices. The gym was also a standout—spacious, well equipped, and fitted with modern equipment. We loved the hotel’s close proximity to the beach, with access to a beautiful stretch of sand that felt almost private, shared only with nearby hotels. The beachfront workout area was another great highlight. Dining options were plentiful, with a great selection ranging from Indonesian and Indian to Italian cuisine. We also enjoyed the massage services—the treatments were excellent, and the spa amenities were impressive, though we personally found the temperature contrast between hot and cold areas a bit extreme. A special mention as well: it was my birthday during our stay, and the team surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and we would absolutely return. Thank you to the Westin team for such a wonderful experience."

"The staff were exceptionally courteous, and everyone treated you as a VIP, except for the staff at the rooftop bar. On the final night of our stay, we decided to take a few photographs of the view. When asked whether we were hotel guests, we responded affirmatively and provided our room number; however, we were still asked to leave. We were elegantly dressed but still asked to leave. "

"Excellent location and the atmosphere. Staff was always helpful and supportive. Although we booked dinner throughout our stay but there was not much options there probably because of the small amount of people. Meat supply on American bbq dinner was issue controlled manner we had to wait long time to eat grilled meet and forced me to finish my dinner eary."

"Staff are wonderful. Very beautiful set up. May be some maintenance needed for de things in bathroom like leakage check of water etc. Also would like to have a little verity with menu items on few days .. we loved the place otherwise. Spa service can be better "
