"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️ We had an excellent stay at the Grand Mirage Resort in Nusa Dua. The resort is beautiful, well maintained and in a fantastic beachfront location. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which made the whole experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the pools and facilities were excellent, and there was a great selection of food and drinks. The atmosphere was relaxing while still having plenty to do, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy Bali. Overall, a fantastic resort with great service and facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!"

"Superb hotel with very conscientious staff who go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is as good as it possibly can be! The facilities were brilliant, everywhere was very clean and tidy. The food at the buffet restaurant was exceptional. The pools were lovely and there was lots on offer such as the spa and watersports. We also enjoyed the trips we booked with the hotel car and our guide, Yudha, was superb at keeping us informed, polite, courteous and tailoring the day to what we wanted to see. Very good value for money too. We were so impressed with the reception staff, concierge Eka Dharma, who we were in touch with before we arrived to arrange bookings, restaurant staff and spa staff. Nothing was too much effort and they were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the hotel on every measure!"

"The only downside is that I did find a cockroach in my room one of the days. Staff went in and cleaned it right away and they provided me with an apology and free transportation to my next location."

"This resort is ideal for all inclusive stays. It is huge and there are lots of guests! The staff and welcoming and the rooms are immaculate. The food choices are limited and could be better."

"They upgraded the room which was plus as it was close to beach. Staff is pleasant and helpful Indian vegetarian breakfast available at Ganesha restaurant. Inside Nusa dua itdc secure zone with private beach. Definitely worth it Well maintained garden and beach front. Do note that the property looks slightly dated but overall no complaints"

"Very clean hotel, pool was great, huge choice at daily breakfast, very professional and attentive staff. Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with a little upgrade but overall we had a lovely time at this hotel and would stay again."

"This resort is in a prime location, food and beverage are delicious and well priced (even for a resort!) and compared to others around here. Beautiful beach (although it can be rough. Close to nusa dua town for other dining options. The staff are the highlight, nothing is too much for them and they go above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. From breakfast staff, to cleaning, bar and wait staff. They are all so friendly and accomodating."
