"Initially gave me a construction view when I'd booked ocean view. Had to change that for the two rooms I'd booked on the night I arrived. Not ideal. But, the rest of the trip was fine, and the hotel has great views and a fantastic setting; great restaurants too!"

"Neither of our rooms were ready when wr arrived at just before 4PM. It was clear that something wasn't right, as the staff were whispering back and forth. The check-in process for the first room took 30 minutes & the second room wasn't available until 1.5hrs later. By way of apology, we were provided with a room upgrade, two massage vouchers, and a 1-hour late check-out. This was a great gesture and much appreciated, as it put our stay back on track. The stay itself was very nice. The hotel is lovely, the pool is great, the buffet breakfast is excellent, and the staff throughout the property were friendly. However, please note there is an enormous development site directly next to the property, so some rooms look directly onto it and it may become noisy in the future. Unfortunately, checking out was an even bigger shambles than checking in. We were locked out of our room because, despite the agreed-upon late check-out, the system hadn't been updated. As part of our Hotels.com booking, we were entitled to a 20% Food & Beverage discount per room. Because of the admin mess at check-in, the front desk could not figure out how to apply the discount. Resolving this took another 30 minutes, we ultimately left with only a part of the discount applied. Because we had a flight to catch, we couldn't spend any more time trying to rectify it. Overall, the front desk was terribly disorganized, making the arrival and departure experiences incredibly frustrating."

"We arrived late and was welcomed with fresh beverage The grounds looked as beautiful at night as it does during the day The grounds are kept very clean The room was nice and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids We had an ocean view room with a balcony which we loved The breakfast buffet was great and the pool a lovely. Staff always had a smile on their face. Worth every penny and would definitely go back - tip Bali collection is opposite the lobby, the first day maps took us around the world to get there"

"THE FOOD WAS AMAZING !!!! No need to worry about Bali belly here lol and we had tons of ice and fruit too and still we were fine . Food is world class high quality and really tasty YUM!!! The rooms were clean and no complaints here. Its beach was beautiful truly an amazing place to stay id come to Bali and come stay here again . Plus it’s more convenient for trips to Ubud since there is a toll road ! We ended up staying in seminyak thinking it would be easier to get to Ubud but had no idea the trip would be 4 hours to and from ! 10/10 Id stay here again !"
