"The lobby is grand and magnificent, It is great that there is always a staff member available to help take photos of you with the huge wing sculpture. The photos always come out professional looking. Their breakfast buffet and Sunday brunch are both delicious and I am impressed by how friendly, professional, and responsive the team that works at Pala Restaurant. The room I stayed was clean and beautiful. They even upgraded us to the one with a lagoon so we could enjoy some private swimming away from the crowd. We had a splendid time there and would definitely consider Apurva Kempinski if we return to Bali"

"Fabulous stay. Great food and spacious, clean rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Laundry service and room service were top notch. If you are a light sleeper or off schedule from the time change avoid the rooms on the south side of the property as there is construction at the property next door. As a solo traveller there weren’t any places to hang out, like a bar, so I spent extra time in my room. Which was fine for me and restorative, but did get lonely. Next time, I’ll bring company. ♥️"

"An amazing resort for families - everything was in easy reach and staff were very accomodating. The free shuttle to the Bali Collection and beach were handy, as were all the restaurants on the door step of the resort. We have already booked another stay! 😊"
