"The Grand Hyatt was both incredibly beautiful and quiet & peaceful. Staff were amazing, always happy and helpful, they went above & beyond. Breakfast was so beautiful, to eat surrounded by such incredible beauty, the fish ponds were teaming with fish and water birds, just breathtaking. A big thank you to Niko Pandeani for her excellent guest service, to the house keeping staff who made beautiful towel sculptures for us each day and kept our room spotless. A big thank you to the staff at the Club members pool, who made our holiday so special. We have traveled the world and stayed in many many 5 star resorts, but Grand Hyatt Bali, you take the prize as the best most beautiful and peaceful I have ever stayed. I highly recommend taking the club room, the food for breakfast and in the evening is fabulous and it’s a quieter part of the resort. The beach has stunning aqua blue water that’s clean and white sandy beach. I will be back Grand Hyatt, your resort is already in our hearts forever 🙏"
