"It was too hard to get into the restaurants unless you book days ahead. It was very crowded with kids especially breakfast and not enough supervision from staff and parents and no santatisers to do hands etc. It was a very big hotel alittle difficult to get around."

"Cannot fault this property! perfect luxury stay. No kids club so quite peaceful. Staff amazing! Polite, remembered our names, always checking we were okay. Food at restaurants and in room service good quality. Rooms spacious, coffee machine a bonus, balcony to pool a joy. Great entertainment and concierge fabulous. The atmosphere and pool lagoons plus waterfall and gardens are just magic! I will be back."

"The property is thoughtfully appointed and extremely family friendly. Even without children, the Reserve is top-notch. All-inclusive is well worth it, plenty of food and drink options, with quality to match. All the staff went above and beyond to remember us and brought thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The beach was okay, theres virtually no water at low tide, but decent when the tide is normal to high. We were so pleased with our stay that we will be back."

"The hotel was amazing and the personnel were all positive and kind all the times. Few improvements need to be done in pool areas.There was no metal stairs for the kids in some areas of the pool. There was not a lifeguard across the pool all the times.The deepest place of the pool was 2.2 m,so it would be better to have a lifeguard just in emergency case. Other than that hotel deserves 5star"
