"They should not charge for the squash courts. No one was using them. You would expect it to be included like other resorts. The kids club isn't as good as other hotels. Besides the above, everything else was great. Staff were excellent."

Excellent restaurants. Very relaxed and chill. Indonesia fire shows were excellent as well. The best of the resorts on the southern tip. Highly recommend this resort. "

"I had a fabulous stay at Merusaka. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely throughout. My room was beautiful, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless each day. I really appreciated the option of an à la carte breakfast — the food was freshly prepared and the setting felt calm and relaxed. In contrast, the main buffet restaurant was quite crowded, and the variety and quality didn’t quite meet expectations. There were also a noticeable number of flies around the food. That aside, the grounds are stunning and the resort offers a great range of facilities, making it an overall enjoyable stay."
