Nice hotel
Its an old hotel but well maintain. Nice room for pool lagion. But night time is a bit eerie bcoz light is limited during covid time. But they tried to make it better. Appreciate it. Restaurant by d beach is good ambience. Many activities ro njoy n rilex at s hotel

Fasilitas yang sangat nyaman buat anak-anak, movie night dan marshmellow baked dipinggir pantai, sangat rekomended dan pasti akan stay di Melia lagi jika berkunjung ke Bali.

Beautiful Hotel with Service exceptional. Level Upgrade most definitely worth the service and the quieter pool. Staff worked tirelessly to please.

This hotel is gorgeous , spacious , numerous places to relax , great customer service and extremely accommodating . My bff and I didn’t know the Balinese language, but staff. Informed. , taught and helped us learn the culture and it was considerate and respectful. When we arrived and checked in , Juna was smiling and very happy to have us at the hotel . Any issue or concern , he was there , available and surprised me with a birthday celebration at the Dinner on the Beach . Each day , Juna took his time to ensure we was involved in activities and was aware of discounted packages. Ipik* was interested in our background and questioned us about things to do and great suggestions to explore the Bali culture . For a few minutes, he took us around the hotel and provided clarity of hours and restaurants nearby . He was always smiling and available for any thing we needed. The room was spacious , cleaned , quality products and was extremely grateful for Dewon . Dewon organized, cleaned and maintained our room for the entire time . He was thoughtful enough to create animals wit the towels and add flowers in our room . It was SOOOO NICE ! I was in awwwe. One day , he even came to clean up a second time for our big mess , but was always smiling and caring . I liked him for keeping my makeup organized . Juna was reminding us of the awesome breakfast at the buffet downstairs . We was seated and was helped by Cucandra , Sui, Aswin, Swastika*, Adi and the best omelette by Adele* .

As others have written, the photos don’t do justice to the peaceful gardens and surroundings. It was better than we could have imagined, and after walking the beachside path and looking at the neighboring resorts we were even more happy to be staying at Melia Bali. The staff were all very nice and helpful. This is the first time we’ve come to Bali and we planned a resort stay to overcome jet lag and relax. It is an extra bonus for us that there was not a loud party party night scene. The buffet style breakfast included was plentiful and satisfying. The head of the kitchen staff came to our table and offered us the sincere and deep conversation we wished for but didn’t think possible at a large resort. We will be forever glad we came here first and recommend this hotel to everyone.

We were first given a junior suite which was old, not clean, not well maintained. Worth at best 3 stars. We had to complain to get a better option. This was disappointing. Eventually we moved into a nice lagoon access room, well appointed and renovated. From that on we enjoyed the stay very much. Small caveat, breakfast and dinner buffet are quite plain and same every day. The garden and pool are fantastic. The beach a huge deception as very dirty. We didn’t mind it was as we settled for the pool.
