"The resort is amazing. Situated on a hill, overlooking the turquoise bay, but they have buggy service to help you around if needed. The service is impeccable. The food is also amazing. We were able to check in a little early. They help with everything you want or need and make suggestions for things to do etc. Suggest booking Spa early if you desire (but they were able to squeeze us in). There is a Spa next door, same situation, very busy. Communication prior to check in was amazing. There is a ferry that lands right in front, so check it out if coming from Sanur. The hotel will offer to help book also. We came from NP so it we arranged independently. I wish we had stayed longer. I really want to say this was my favorite place in all of Bali. Yes. That good. Kudos to the Chef and all the staff. Thank you so much. "

"This property is stunning especially the blue lagoon restaurant area. I enjoyed the food. It was amazing, loved the grilled octopus appetizer. The visual of hotel is beautiful. The only downfall was in the shower area there was a field mice that crept through a whole at top of shower. This part is from outdoor. Everything else was perfect. "
