"We recently stayed at Ohana’s Beachfront Resort & Beach Club and had a mixed experience. The general staff were kind and welcoming. However, our experience at the beach club changed how we felt about the property. A white bald man who appeared to be management repeatedly greeted and assisted other guests while making direct eye contact with us and choosing not to acknowledge us at all. This happened multiple times and was noticeable enough to feel like a pattern. As paying guests, this made us feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and unwelcome. The contrast in treatment was difficult to ignore, and we ended up leaving the sunset event early because it no longer felt enjoyable. We also observed young children in shared dining/lounge areas without clothing, which made us uncomfortable. Out of respect for privacy, we did not record this. This is not about one interaction but inconsistent treatment that affected our overall experience. We do have video documentation if management would like to review. We value spending our money where we feel respected, and unfortunately we would not return."

"We loved our stay here. Staff was excellent. Got to know our needs and were super friendly. Views of ocean from all rooms. Spa was excellent. Flower bath 💙And the infinity pool was great. Restaurant had good options and was able to book excursions through the front desk. Communications prior to trip was excellent and also once we got there."

"What you see online is what you get in person. It was a beautiful room and property. Staff is very friendly and accommodating (they do struggle a bit speaking English, but they get their job done). It was a bonus that there is a full gym and lap pool that we had entirely to ourselves when we were there!"

"The view and restaurant is indeed lovely and breakfast was good. Unfortunately the resort is not suitable for anyone who isn't completely mobile or elderly.  The numerous stairs, especially without any hand railings made it a struggle and unsafe.  This includes the lower pool, where there is no railing to get out of the pool. I had also expected that the resort/my room would be in the beach.  This isn't the case.  While I had an ocean view, it was obstructed, and getting to the beach required a walk back to the pool, then down the stairs.  Rather disappointing as the photos show something else. And be aware that the stairs going to the bathroom at night are somewhat inconvenient. It's a 3 star hotel, so that's what you're paying for, even despite getting the deluxe ocean view cabin."
