"Excellent service. Loved the Art Deco designs everywhere, especially in the suite, as well as the Showroom Bar. The Terrace was a wonderful place to have breakfast too. The cocktails at the Showroom Bar were original and delicious too!"

"I'll start with the negatives as there aren't many. The lobby was underwhelming and smelt like a sewer. The receptionist, although lovely asked me the same questions twice (every question) because she wasn't taking my answers in. The chocolate hour was also underwhelming with bits of gateaux that my daughter wasn't interested in. Now the positives, the family suite was so big, clean and really impressive. "Another wonderful stay at the hotel. This is the only one we consider when coming to Melbourne. A suggestion would be to have notices to guests to remind them to be quiet during a period of time. For example in the UK, Premier Inn had quiet time between 10pm and 7am. "
