"The room was clean, but there was no mini bar. There was no robes those were supposed to be in the room so that’s false advertisement for the free breakfast. You can only pick either a sandwich or a fruit you cannot have both no one came change the sheets there was only One towel and one cloth thank God I brought my own The room was very small. There was no restaurant like it said it was there was no free parking. It was valet and it was $85 a day. I wish I can get some of my money back being...

"We had a lovely stay at Arlo Midtown, very close to Times Square and subway near port terminal and the hotel staff are lovely and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. We will definitely go back! They even gave my daughter some macarroons as it was her 18th birthday when we stayed last week."

"Great location, easy check in/out, no coffee in the (non-suite) rooms and you have to buy it in the lobby which is a bit of a pain, especially if the barista is on break when you get downstairs. Rooms are small, but efficient and tidy. Perfect for a solo traveler. "

"This property is a hidden gem of a hotel. I love that at reception, you can sit down in a comfortable chair at eye level with the friendly front desk personnel, rather than be stuck standing with your bag as in most hotels. Our room was spotless, beautifully appointed and luxuriously stocked with superior linen and furnishings. The big secret is the Wheeltapper pub off the lobby. It's at once a well worn New York Irish pub and the sexy, cool, speakeasy/bar/restaurant that serves up well...

Staff were extremely helpful at all times and very polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends. Great experience overall. "
