"The property was clean and well maintained, the housekeeping were super great. Souvenir Shops on site has great merchandise with friendly staff. Location was very convenient for shopping and food at the mall since Starbucks on site closes early and the 410 cafe only serves breakfast buffet and closes early. The park and walking path going to the beach had a lot of homeless camped out."

"I was staying in the 32nd floor which 1 elevator was out of service. At times it made the wait to go up to the room and/or out to the lobby pretty painful."

"This was a nice, clean hotel for my family to stay in overnight while waiting for a connecting flight back to the mainland. It served its purpose. The primary let down was simply the treatment from the staff upon arrival. In particular it was the member of staff who checked us in who was very rude and unhelpful. The exchange felt as if he was the customer and I was there to help him through the procedure while paying the hotel for the privilege. My family and I will not stay at or recommend this hotel to anyone in future."
