"Great room, good and clean. Great decor and would certainly visit again. (Too good to say a "stay" as host so personable and friendly). Self check in as such, but only because of our travel time varied, would have been met by owners. Great hosts, giving good local advice and hints and tips, could not do enough to help us a new to the area. Bed very comfortable and certainly a warm room. We felt really at home here. "Very little parking so be early. But there's on street parking nearby but keep the rules. Very friendly staff."

"Lovely staff, very clean and room was beautifully decorated with little extras like chocolates. Nice toiletries and biscuits too. Breakfast omelette was first class. Definitely recommend! "

"Staff were lovely and attentive. The breakfast was lovely and made to order. The bathroom was very nice and modern. However the main part of the room was tired. It lacked any decoration and had a tv that was very old and small. The tv was a bit lumpy and not super comfortable. The worst thing was though that the walls and ceilings were not very sound insulating. We kept hearing the people above us stomp around at all hours of the night and being woken up between 2:30-3 because of people...

"A private, free car park. A wam friendly welcome. A clean, quiet, comfortable room with a fridge. Free wifi. In an excellent location between seafront and town. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Its name is completely misleading as it is far from a hotel or what you would expect from a hotel. There are no facilities whatsoever and more akin to a B&B, which would have been fine except for the smell. I cannot recommend this place. "

"Have stayed here twice before as we enjoyed pub and location. We booked for friends and were only informed on arrival that the pub had shut down .We were told we were not contacted because we did not book breakfast. At time of writing pub is still being advertised on their own website."
