"Good location from downtown London. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was great. Biggest issues is that there was no air conditioning or ceiling fans, and the third floor was unbearable hot. A small fan was provided was not helpful. The room also faced the main street which was very noisy, so keeping the window open was not ideal. Would only recommend staying here during the colder months."

"Only one reason I have given it a 1 * is the fact that the property doesn't have Aircon! I have stayed there during the heat wave for 3 days in June and it was deadly! Almost all hotels on the street have AC and it is a bare necessity these days. Although 2fans are given but in a very small room surrounded by other buildings, it was unbearable.
