"When we booked our stay at the Imperial Resort we relied heavily on reviews posted and I hope this review is helpful to someone else. Firstly, we are a family of 4 with two teenagers. Space for each of them for sleep and 2 bathrooms is top on our list when we travel. We stayed in a Palm suite and were very happy that it checked off each of these requirements having a separate bedroom for us and then a Murphy bed (so easy to use and put away daily! ) and a queen sized sofa bed for our kids....

"Room was very clean and large, unfortunately our fridge went out and we had to toss food. The laundry room kept flooding so didnt get to do oir laundry and our dishwasher leaked pretty bad. The maintenance people did fix our fridge and dishwasher yay. We had two separate not so great interactions in the pools. The towel attendant were very rude, it was late but we got out of the pool and asked for towels and was told no, our kids were soaking wet and had to walk back to the room like that, this...

"Had a lovely stay! The property is beautiful and the condo kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals. The view from room 1105 was awesome - even though it was a partial view. The foldout mattress on the couch was so-so. Might work for small kids but my teenage was uncomfortable. I bought him an air mattress for the remainder of the week. The staff was cheerful and helpful. I was surprised however at how much noise we could hear from the guests above us. The bathroom had two pocket doors; one to...
