Lovely hotel with very polite staff, mostly very clean, some areas a little over used and in need of update but as to be expected with a busy hotel. Great amenities, fabulous breakfast with so many options. Really pleasant stay would stay again.

What a great surprise. Hotel was very nice convenient to cable cars. I had a bad experience at a holiday inn in the past so this was not my first choice but this property really changed my mind. Staff was helpful and friendly
