"The location of the hotel was great for my trip. I was in walking distance to so much. The hotel does not have an elevator so be mindful of that. The room size is like your average room size at home. Check in was perfect and I would recommend this place."

The initial staff member who assisted me was somewhat brusque, but the lady who helped me during checkout was much more pleasant and did an excellent job. "It has a beautiful setting right next to the harbor. The property was well-maintained and very clean, though shops are a 30-minute walk away. However, grocery delivery (Walmart) was exceptionally fast. The connecting room door was very thin with a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom; you can hear everything in the next room, which impacts privacy. Trips into the city of San Francisco was as easy as taking the BART station nearby! Save your money and time and take advantage of the all day pass and public transit in the city "
