"Uitstekend hotel en zeker de suite was voor ons als gezin van drie perfect. We gebruikten het hotel als uitvalsbasis om San Francisco te bezoeken, overigens is Oakland zelf ook je bezoek meer dan waard. De suite beschikt over een zeer ruime slaapkamer, een goede badkamer, een keukentje, een eethoek en een zitgedeelte. Het is er trouwens muisstil. De locatie van het hotel is op zich prima. "Lots of places to walk to get great food, before 9 PM. Afterwards, it’s pretty much a food desert. It’s great being two blocks away from Bart when you’re traveling from the airport. Very comfortable beds! Great size bathroom!"

"Booked through Expedia and payed in full. Nowhere in the property description did it disclose any age restrictions. I was refused entry at check in due to my age and was promised a refund. A week later I still have not received a refund and they have not answered any of my messages."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was worried about the parking not being secure and the hotel being in a bad area, but we had no issues at all with our stay. Parking did cost $17, and they had a metal gate to make it "secure". We didn't leave any valuables in the car and didn't have any problems. "Beautiful area the free breakfast was coffee and a package muffin."

"We had the standard room which didn't have a full view of the Marina, but we had a partial view that was still very nice. Rooms and lobby area were cozy, clean and well maintained. Appreciated that there was microwave, small fridge and coffee station; also a laundry room. Additionally we really appreciated the free parking! Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed staying at this little hotel. Only complaint would be on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed and they ran out of washcloths."

"Clean room, comfortable bed and a nice view. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Wasn’t able to try the breakfast buffet or the burger spot so can’t speak on those."

"The price and quality of the hotel was a good match for me. The staff was friendly and helpful. The was nice, comfortable, and everything worked appropriately. The neighborhood had plenty to choose from fir shopping, dining, and entertainment. In my case the walk to the train station was tricky due to the numerous overpasses that surrounds the area and Google maps telling me to down streets that we're not passable."

"Excellent front desk, house cleaning and restaurant services. Everyone was very polite, helpful, efficient and friendly. We will definitely return for our next stay whenever we are planning to visit the Bay Area in the future. Hallway, elevators and rooms are always fresh and kept clean."
