"Uitstekend hotel en zeker de suite was voor ons als gezin van drie perfect. We gebruikten het hotel als uitvalsbasis om San Francisco te bezoeken, overigens is Oakland zelf ook je bezoek meer dan waard. "Beautiful modern hotel."

"Lots of places to walk to get great food, before 9 PM. Afterwards, it’s pretty much a food desert. It’s great being two blocks away from Bart when you’re traveling from the airport. Very comfortable beds! Great size bathroom!"

"The good: Great welcome by front desk. Good food available. Nicely decorated property. Not so good: Long queue and wait for valet parking. Hair found on makeup face towels (gross), and room not very clean. Limited options for in room coffee (not enough for two people)."

"Booked through Expedia and payed in full. Nowhere in the property description did it disclose any age restrictions. I was refused entry at check in due to my age and was promised a refund. A week later I still have not received a refund and they have not answered any of my messages."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was worried about the parking not being secure and the hotel being in a bad area, but we had no issues at all with our stay. Parking did cost $17, and they had a metal gate to make it "secure". We didn't leave any valuables in the car and didn't have any problems. "The parking lot security gate would randomly not open, Forcing me to block the street sidewalk and get out of the car and push a different button to alert the manager of my situation. He was extremely difficult to communicate with due to his heavy accent. I would not recommend staying here!"

"The room was small but comfortable, clean, and safe. Odd detail, but I think the harsh white lightbulbs in the bedroom made it feel more dingy at first than it actually was. My room was interior-facing, so the window didn't let in natural light or fresh air. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nothing fancy but met my needs, and having coffee/tea available all day in the lobby was nice. Overall a basic but comfortable place to say on a solo work trip."

"We had the standard room which didn't have a full view of the Marina, but we had a partial view that was still very nice. Rooms and lobby area were cozy, clean and well maintained. Appreciated that there was microwave, small fridge and coffee station; also a laundry room. Additionally we really appreciated the free parking! Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed staying at this little hotel. Only complaint would be on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed and they ran out of washcloths."
