"Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Front desk staff needs to get their act together. We had 2 rooms and 1 room great, but the second room they gave away to other customers. The day we checked in and then again on the second night couldn't access our 2nd room and our things has been removed. They didn't try to contact us they just put someone else in the room. Finally worked it out about 11pm that night."

"My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for one night while on a road trip. We checked in on a Saturday night and checked out on Sunday morning. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, despite the fact that it was the 4th of July and fireworks were being shot off nearby. The front desk staff member took a little while to get us checked in, but it was because he was training a new staff member. "We were too late getting to breakfast but they let is grab packaged rolls. We picked this motel for the hot tub. It was very dirty and the jets wouldn't turn on. We wouldnt have gotten in it due to it's nasty water. Pool was gross too. Staff was nice. Room was clean. "

"We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. The hot tub isn't working and the employee said they're looking into filling it. I wouldn't have booked here if I knew the hot tub was broken. We went down for breakfast at 8am on Saturday & Sunday. "I had business in Omaha and even though the motel was in Council Bluffs it was a short 20 minute trip to Omaha and to the airport. For the price it was a great value. Safe area, clean rooms, good parking, friendly staff and nice breakfast lounge."
