"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Property is beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, and clean. Breakfast was delicious. We had a traditional Japanese breakfast the first morning, and an American breakfast the second. We loved the coffee and fresh juices too. Social hour with wine and small bites was also so nice. Soaking tub in the room was another nice touch. The manager, Craig, is also so nice and hospitable (and let us feed the koi fishes)."

"The only issue we had was the way we drove in from the 101 coming from north it was very difficult. Don’t come in that way. Other than that, the place is beautiful and the people are very helpful and sweet."

"Everyone is helpful and goes beyond to make sure your stay is optimal. They have loaner cars and bikes on site, drinks upon arrival and the dress for dinner ranges from flip flops or workout clothes to dressy. The spa is top notch, you really don’t need to consider trying a different location."

But 2 night stay. our keys didn’t work the second night, hotel staff keys didn’t work. it was a maintenance issue. they had to move us to another room while luggage was stuck in original room. ruined dinner plans. maintenance came hours later, opened door, we got our stuff. was told the keys and door lock would need to be fixed another day, so we had to move rooms. the second room shower didn’t work. we were told it was a busy hour. so we didn’t...

"Some detail issues upon arrival. Patio doors were not closed proper and were open upon our arrival. Hot water was not on, and had to be reset. Maintenance took care of immediately when we notified them. This was a nice upgrade, but not worth the money. Furniture in living area, cute and looked great, but was some of the most uncomfortable furniture we have sat in. Front door would not lock, had to pull on the door at night to get it locked (or push extremely hard when leaving the property), just...
